哪些组件需要AEC-Q200标准

在为汽车应用选择组件时，您可能会发现自己问“我的汽车产品中使用的每个组件都需要AEC-Q200认证吗？”。
答案是不”。
AEC-Q200是抗应力的全球标准，如果这些组件将用于汽车应用，所有无源电子元件必须满足这些标准。
无源元件包括芯片电阻器，通孔电阻器，电阻器阵列，陶瓷电容器，铝电解电容器，固定电感器，NTC热敏电阻，PTC热敏电阻，电阻温度检测器，电流感应变压器，脉冲变压器，实时时钟，TVS器件等器件，

如果这些部件已通过标准中包含的严格的压力测试，则这些部件仅被视为“符合AEC-Q200标准”。
AEC-Q200有五种不同等级的组件可以测试，它们决定了车辆在何处可以使用。

        When choosing components for an automotive application, you may find yourself asking “Does every component I use in my automotive product need AEC-Q200 qualification ?”. The answer is “no”.
AEC-Q200 is the global standard for stress resistance that all passive electronic components must meet if these components are going to be used in an automotive application. Passive components include devices such as Chip Resistors, Through Hole Resistors, Resistor Arrays, Ceramic Capacitors, Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors, Fixed Inductors, NTC Thermistors, PTC Thermistors, Resistance Temperature Detectors, Current Sense Transformers, Pulse Transformers, Real Time Clocks, TVS Devicess, PTC Resettable Fuses and so on.
These parts are only deemed to be “AEC-Q200 qualified” if they have passed the stringent suite of stress tests contained within the standard.  AEC-Q200 has five different grades components can test to, which determines where in a vehicle they may be used.  Please check the below chart to see these grades, the basic temperature requirements for each grade, and where that grade of part can be used.
