We recommend to install the graphics drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer, those drivers were design by them to work with your specific platform.

It seems to be the problem is related to a hardware/software configuration or it could be a customization created by the manufacturer of the computer.
 
The model that we can see on the SSU report is still 20F5A10800, that was the one not showing on Lenovo's web site.
 
At this point the best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with Lenovo to confirm if there is an option to change those settings, or you can also get in contact with Microsoft as well so they can provide further suggestions for this scenario.

As an alternative, you can also try re-install Windows from scratch and then verify if the options will be available after that.
