高频整流电路二极管没有正确模拟

问答对人有帮助，内容完整，我也想知道答案 0 各位大家好，我正在尝试模拟高频整流电路，但从结果来看，二极管没有正确模拟（即作为二极管），而且电路是电压四倍整流器，输出应该大于63mVpp，这是在输入上模拟的。我觉得没有正确模拟二极管整流功能。请告知PS：我也进行了功率测试，输入功率为-20dBm（和放大器一样），我得到-19dBm的o / p功率 - 没有意义谢谢你以上来自于谷歌翻译以下为原文 Hello everyone, I'm trying to simulate a HF rectifier circuit but from the results the diodes are not simulated correctly (i.e. as diodes) and as the circuit is a voltage quadruple rectifier the output should be more than 63mVpp which is simulated on the input. I feel that the diode rectifying function is not correctly simulated.
