Position: Engineer, Embedded Software

Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai

Description

l           This position is primarily responsible for supporting the ACS product line from a software perspective.

l           Support reference source code on Company product to customers MCU

l           Develop and validate embedded applications upon customers’ requests

l           Develop PC software (application, drivers)

l           Document in Chinese and English the development and write Semtech Applications Notes

l           Test EVB's developed in other Company offices

l           Perform other related duties assigned by the manager

Qualification Requirements

l           BSEE, MSEE Preferred                                                       

l           5+ year experience in 8 bit MCU                                         

l           Fluent with C, C++, Assembly languages for embedded applications       

l           Familiar with digital Analyzer testing equipment

l           Self-motivated with minimum supervision effective communicator with the ability to interface with customers, FAE, and factory application engineers,                               

l           Fluent in reading and writing in English, fair in speaking 

The following are plus:                                                 

l           experience in software for Radio Frequencies Application                

l           experience in Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technics               

l           experience in Remote Key Less Entry protocols                          

l           experience in Wireless Networks protocols.

l           experience in Hardware electronics board debug
