0 急招芯片测试工程师，职位JD如下，有兴趣简历请投递1736253011@qq.com 芯片测试 Responsibilities: 1. Memory product (IC) test definition, testprogram development and test flow maintenance. 2. Hands-on experience, programming andexecution of test/test-flows on Memory testers (Advantest T5581/T5585/T5593,verigy93000, etc). 3. Set up test environment specific to certaintasks and play with test conditions, work with oscilloscope and logic analyzerfor test program debugging and failure analysis. 4. Verify functionality and performance ofmemory products, work with designer to identify design issues. 5. Characterization of electrical and timingparameters according to the product data sheet. 6. Support Field Application Engineers toidentify and analyze problems at the end-customers. 7. Test coverage development and test time optimizationduring product development and production test maintenance. 8. Assist on the definition and specification oftest-hardware (hifix, socket, load-boards, etc). Requirements: 1. Master or PhD degree in Computer Science,Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or relevant. 2. Basic knowledge in semiconductor physics,integrated circuits, and IC process technologies. 3. Familiar with UNIX system and SolidProgramming skills (C, C++, Perl, etc). 4. Familiar with date analysis tool(JMP) or dateprogrammer software(VBA) base on the excel is a plus. 5. Interested in working in a lab-environmentand conducting hands-on measurements (memory tester, oscilloscope, logicanalyzer, etc). 6. Experience in DRAM/NAND Flash test andanalysis or DRAM/Flash tester programming (Advantest and Verigy) is desired. 7. High frequency measurement knowhow isdesired. 8. Highly motivated and engaged, independentproblem solving skills. 9. Good communication and presentation skills. 10. English language skill in writing and speakingis a must. 0
