Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated top performerwith deep technical skills in electrical hardware and demonstrated technicalleadership across disciplines (HW, FW, SW). You will be developing electricalsystem for our products:
Apply cutting edgetechnology onto our products, keep our products leading in the market in termsof image quality/ attractive user interface/ more combined functionalities.
Investigate circuitdesign and release schematics and conduct PCB layout based on Cadence EDA, andrelease the design for manufacture. Refine the design inorder to achieve better signal integrity/issue fixing.
Work with procurementteam/vendors/CM to come up with lower cost EE solutions
You will be workingwith Firmware engineers/mechanical engineers/human factor engineers tointegrate discrete parts into one workable product.
You will be workingclosely with quality engineers to get all issues (EMC/Reliability/etc) resolved.
We need your expertiseand desire to learn in areas such as User Interface, networking, imaging,control systems, graphical user interfaces, FAX, etc. Together, with some ofthe best computer science and mechanical engineers in the industry, you willinvent new solutions for our products.
You will work withprogram manager and other team members to work our program schedule and timelycommunicate the progress to make sure the activities are synchronized and totalschedule is on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masterdegree in Electrical Engineering, or related field of study, with 0-6 yearsrelated experience or equivalent.
Strong analog anddigital circuit design and de-bugging skills. Deep understanding of signalintegrity
Familiar with variouscomputer system communication interfaces and embedded system hardware/softwaredevelopment
Analytic ability inorder to research technical issues and generate creative/innovative solutions.
Ability to workindependently or on a team, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced anddemanding environment.
Proven teamwork skillsand ability to work with a degree of ambiguity.
Excellent communicationskills and can collaborate globally.
Excellent English skills,specially speaking and listening skills as we need to communicate with globalteam every day.
Previous experience inthe related industry is preferred.

调查电路设计的可行性来支持各种功能，负责原理图的设计，指导线路板的布局，听取工厂的反馈，负责把设计交给工厂 优化设计直到所有可靠性， EMI等各种问题得到解决
和采购部门，供应商，工厂合作，优化成本
和软件工程师，机械工程师，工业设计师，图像品质工程师等把各个元素整合起来成为一个完整的产品
和质量部门合作，设计测试方案
和项目经理合作，一起制定出项目时间表，按时沟通项目进度，保证各个部门之间的进度衔接和整个时间表准时推进
应聘条件
0~8年相关工作经验
电子工程及相关专业 （自动控制， 自动化，机械电子，计算机，光电工程等）
扎实的模拟电路和数字电路专业知识,对信号完整性有深入了解
熟悉微机各种通讯接口，对嵌入式软硬设计有系统学习和深入了解，有开发经验者更佳
重点大学大学本科或研究生学历
英语听说读写无障碍交流
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能和国际伙伴流畅合作
优秀的创新能力，可以不拘泥于传统方法找出问题的解决方案
有相关行业经验者更佳
