晒出你的电路图啊，这个DA芯片本身带mute输出，如果你只是掉电出现pop音。我有个三个建议思路
1、系统电压检测芯片，如复位芯片，检测到掉电到门限，迅速复位DA芯片，或者触发mute电路。
2、保证DA芯片比控制芯片后掉电，按照规格书，如果主控与DA通讯时钟出现异常，DA会自动mute。
