LMX2595EVM焊接后的成品相噪没有达到EVM板的水准怎么处理?



  • 你好,我们在按照LMX2595EVM板进行了一个信号源的设计时,原理图参考EVM板设计,但是在焊接时由于工作人员操作水平较低,导致焊接后的成品相噪没有达到EVM板的水准,请问,焊接工艺有何建议,后者在不规范的焊接工艺下有没有什么调整可以弱化焊接做相噪带来的恶化。(补焊人员已经崩溃类目)。
