怎样解决F0-DISCOVERY板上TX/RX灯不断闪烁的问题呢?

在试用了 F0-DISCOVERY 之后,我最近购买了 NUCLEO-F439ZI。按照传统,我想让 LED 闪烁。我失败得很惨。  
我开始在 CubeMX 中使用所有默认值进行初始设置。使用 ST IDE,我将以下内容放在主循环中。什么都没发生。同样的过程在我的 F0-DISCOVERY 上运行良好。
         HAL_GPIO_TogglePin(GPIOB, LD1_Pin);
         HAL_延迟(5000);
我不知道从哪里开始解决这种疯狂问题。任何建议将不胜感激。
执行时我注意到的一件事是 TX/RX 灯不断闪烁。

我不知道从哪里开始解决这个疯狂问题。
这就是发明调试器的目的。
猜测:如果没有网络连接,MX_ETH_Init() 不会返回。
