AM3358无法通过JTAG下载程序,想问一下是什么原因造成的

系统是: Win10 64位
IDE: CCS V11.0的
调试盒:XDS100V2

我是自己根据AM3358开发板画的板子,使用的是JTAG下载(没有引出EMU0和EMU1)
现在再连接JTAG上应该是成功了,再点击“Test Connection”中出现的结果是

应该属于连接成功,但是Debug时总会出现M3_wakeupSS_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1266 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 9.6.0.00172) 的错误。

一直找不到原因,希望大神能提一点建议~
