安装IC617，打开RVE时显示RVE server socket has not been ini
tialized，然后看.bashrc文件里面说可以这样设置：

这个应该怎么加进去呢？把9199给schematic，把9189给layout?
接着又报了个ERROR: Unknown Linux operating system environment.如何解决？
