4端口ENA系列分析仪校准出错

我在4端口ENA系列分析仪上遇到了部分校准问题。
如果我完成以下场景:场景1 ---------------- - 执行4端口校准,但在校准的反射部分出错,虽然Thru正确连接

- 执行部分校准,正确地重新进行反射(打开/短路/加载)场景2 --------------- - 执行4端口校准,但在通过时出错
虽然反射是正确连接的一部分。
- 执行部分校准,正确地重新执行直通电话在方案1中,最终校准总是不好,但在方案2中,这很好,为什么会这样?
在正确校准之前,似乎总是必须执行好反射校准。

  I've been having an issue with the Partial Calibration on the 4-port ENA series analyzer.

If I complete the following scenarios:

Scenario 1
----------------

- Perform a 4-port cal but make a mistake on the reflection part of the cal, the Thru is connected correctly though.

- Perform a partial cal, re-doing the reflection (Open/Short/Load) correctly


Scenario 2
---------------

- Perform a 4-port cal but make a mistake on the thru part of the cal, the Reflection is connected correctly though.

- Perform a partial cal, re-doing the Thru cals correctly


In scenario 1, the final calibration is always bad, but in scenario 2 it is good Why is this?

It seems like a good Reflection calibration always has to have been performed, before a Thru cal can be correct.

我不太熟悉ENA的内部细节,但这让我感到惊讶。

  I'm not so familiar with the ENA internal details, but this surprises me.  With the PNA, all the raw data is taken and stored, so that the calibration can proceed in any order and the final result computed from the last values taken.  Perhaps the ENA first computes the 1 port error terms and doesn't save the raw measurements, this would explain why errors in one-port measurements propogate to the final cal.
