我在使用MIG CORE读取LPDDR内存时遇到问题。
我已经成功发送CMD命令,并且空信号已经返回,但是,我没有成功发送读命令,空信号没有切换到“0”...
在atchment,我已经发布了数字振荡器和StateMachine的捕获来控制MIG,我使用的是LX9 Microboard。
D0信号是我的状态机控制MIG的启用信号
D1信号是StateMachine(WAIT)的返回
D2是cmd_en信号
D3是cmd_en信号的cmd_empty返回值(接受cmd)
D6是wr_en信号
D7是rd_en信号
D8是wr_en信号返回的wr_empty信号(wr接受)
D9是rd_empty信号
观察振镜图像,不报告rd_empty信号,但报告了wr_empty信号。
任何消化来解决我的问题?

In atchment, i have posted a capture of digital osciloscope and the StateMachine to control the MIG, i`m use a LX9 Microboard.
D0 signal is the Enable signal for my State Machine to controll the MIG
D1 signal is a return of the StateMachine (WAIT)
D2 is the cmd_en signal
D3 is the cmd_empty return of the cmd_en signal (cmd accepted)
D6 is the wr_en signal
D7 is the rd_en signal
D8 is the wr_empty signal returned of the wr_en signal (wr accepted)
D9 is the rd_empty signal
Observing the osciloscope image, the rd_empty signal is not reported, but, the wr_empty signal has reported.
Any sugestion to solve my problem?
