如何使用数据链接连接到仪器

我无法使用数据链接连接到仪器。
我可以在N9917A网页上看到该仪器，但是使用FieldFox数据链接我得到“”无法连接到N9917A对象引用未设置为对象的实例“任何想法为什么会发生这种情况？
在数据链接上，我还可以下拉仪器上的文件列表，但是当我尝试打开它们或进行屏幕捕获时，我收到上面的错误消息。

  I can’t use data link to connect to the instrument.  I can see the instrument on the N9917A web page, but using FieldFox  
data link I get::

“Failed to connect to N9917A

Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

Any ideas why this happens?  On data link I can also pull down a list of files on the instrument, but when I try to open them or do a screen capture I get the error message above.
