Hi David,
this is probably a marginal test that passes on one system but not on another and could be due to timing, this error is related to voltage being present- you should check that node listed on the schematics and its probablky a fixed node or has power present.
so check that you are not driving onto a node that has voltage present
is this the first test in the digital suborutine ? could be that you need to move the test to middle of digital routine or try to shorten the vector cycle and receive delay inside the test by 100n each (i.e. if vector cycle is 400n, change to 300n, and if receive delay is 300n, change to 200n) you wont be able to change vector cycle below 160n anyway ,
