The circuit can be linear or nonlinear.
Active devices are defined by small signal models, S-parameters, or nonlinear models.

The analogLig nport is supported in S-Paramters
once you run your S-Paratmeter Simulation. Select Results->GoldenGate Results… to get the results from this simulation. Select the probe of interest from the list and click “Plot” to view the response.
The Port elements in the schematic are the ports for S-Parameter Analysis. For exampleL Port 1 is at the input and Port 2 is at the “I” output. The form GoldenGate Results works by selecting the parameter at the top, followed by the “Modifier”, such as dB20, then “Plot Type”. Click “Plot” to Create, Replace or Append a plot. Click “Table” to receive an ASCII list of S-parameters. There are many options for plotting on this form.

I am currently trying GoldenGate as simulator for my s-parameter Analyses.
My simple test schematic consits of the following three elements: PORT||R||C.
With spectre I get the exact values of R and C out of this setup.
But when I am trying to setup a SP Analyses with GoldenGate I get three Errors: “Error: SP: No S-port defined. '119. 72' ”
“Error: Cannot create GoldenGate database blk file (/path…) '128. 704'
“Error executing GoldenGate. '130. 4'”
This is correct because I have not seen an option to define an S-Port.
Does anybody know where/how to set the S-Port or what I have to do to get my simulation running.
Can i perform a GoldenGate SP Analyses with the analoglib Port module?
Other Analyses like TR and DC work.
