What version of Creator did you use?   
I'm using of course 2.2 SP1, that has no problem, build was succeed.   
You can change PSoC4 to PSoC5 by using Project/Device Selector...   
FFT does not using hardware register, just only a user program.   
Easy to porting into PSoC5, as you know.
