  I havent had any experience with it but I know that Windows 7 has speech recognition, control and dictation support.
I suppose you can do stuff like scrolling, and pressing buttons by its name or key assigned in Vee. For example you could use the following commands:

Press any key on the keyboard   >  Say any of this Press keyboard key; Press a; Press capital b; Press Shift plus a; Press Ctrl plus a
Press certain keyboard keys without saying "press" first > Delete; Backspace; Enter; Page Up; Page down; Home; End; Tab

You would have to assign those keys to buttons in Vee first and then while running your app you will be able to press those buttons with voice.
Again I have never used it but know that it works, I will try to test it on the weekend and post on the outcome.

  Correction from the last post:
Agilent Vee allows to assign a function key to a confirmation OK button. Toggle buttons and start buttons doesn't allow to be controlled with keys. You still can control this with the W7 voice control function.
