STPM32功率计无法将值写入寄存器??

嗨，我正在使用ESP32 IDF工作STPM32我无法在配置时读取值，读取和正确的功能正常工作但是每当我读取配置的寄存器时我都会得到默认值，任何人都可以帮助我。

Hi, I am working on STPM32 with ESP32 IDF  I am not able to write the values to resister while configuring , read and right functions are working properly but whenever I read the configured resister I am getting default values please any one can help me.
