I don't think there's way to actually start the VEE program/execution when an instrument is triggered. The closest you can get is start VEE program, then monitor the instrument's behavior to trigger further program execution. Such as having the VEE program checking the status of the instrument in a loop, and if the status changed, do this, if not, continue the loop...
