The maximum speed of the GTX in the Kintex-7 parts depends on both the speed grade and the package type. Refer to DS182, Table 53, and you will see that in the FB packages (the lidless flip-chip), the maximum speed is 6.6Gbps for all speed grades. The speed is faster for devices in the FF (high performance flip-chip), where the performance increases with speed grade, with the -3 able to go 12.5Gbps.
 
The XCK70T only comes in two packages, and they are both FB packages... Refer to the Kintex-7 Product Table to see the combinations of devices and packages that are available.
