  Hello 

Here is a command which should help set the mask margins programmatically for the 86100C.

+:MTESt:MMARgin:PERCent +

+This command sets the amount of mask margin to apply to the selected mask.+
+ is an integer, –100 to 100, expressing the mask margin in percent.+

More details on the syntax are on page 242 below.

  Hi John, thanks for your response.

I tried issuing :MTESt:MMARgin:PERCent  and it didn't change the parameters I'm targeting. Specifically, I'm interested in the Eye Boundary percentages that can be accessed on the user interface like this: Measure->Setup & Info->Configure Meas...->Eye Boundary. 

I'm thinking now maybe this is impossible to do without saving a state with the desired boundaries and switching to that. . .
