Our applications don't require more than 3A current so we want to first evaluate if N6762A would be good in terms of programming response. Going through the SCPI manual of 66332A and N6762A, it looks like some commands are the same to configure and measure. However, I am not able to get array of current from N6762A but I get it through 66332A. The steps I follow for 66332A pulse current measurement are as follows -
1) Set Meter to ACDC - SENS:CURR:DET ACDC (Cannot find command for N6762A)
2) Set to trigger on pulse - TRIG:ACQ:SOUR INT (Cannot find command for N6762A)
3) Acquire current reading - SENS:FUNC ""CURR"" (Works with 6762A as well, not sure if need to send some other command)
4) Set sample rate - SENS:SWE:TINT n (Command is same for 6762A)
5) Set number of measurement samples in sweep - SENS:SWE:POIN n (Command is same for 6762A)
6) Get data array. - MEAS:ARRAY:CURR? (Command is same for 6762A)
Could you please tell me if the above steps are correct in terms of measurement and SCPI commands associated with it?
