There is a defect in Continuous mode such that the measurement timeout setting is applied to ALL readings in the sample count (duration), rather than to each individual reading. Thus, if the timeout expires before the reading duration is reached, all subsequent readings will have the 9.91E+37 (not a number) designation. To prevent this in Continuous mode, press:
Utilty -> Instr Setup -> Time Out Settings -> Time Out (Off)
Or, set a timeout value much larger than the cumulative gate time for all readings in the count. This defect has been fixed and will be available in the next firmware update. The date for this release has not been determined.
