In the online help, search for chapter "Using the EM Circuit Excitation AEL Addon". You need to install an add-on which can then provide the antenna pattern of a Momentum structure with ADS circuit models attached.
What does that add-on do? It calculates the node voltages & currents at all the component ports, and passes them to EM evaluation. First, you EM simulate your layout with ports for the components. Then, in ADS you run a circuit simulation of the EM model where ADS circuit models are connected to these ports.
