  According to the latest probe compatibility guide,  here , the 1141A is not compatible with the 2000X. It is compatible with the other InfiniiVision scopes. The Users Guide needs to be revised.

It's unclear why it's not compatible. The decision may have been made due to limited internal memory for keeping track of additional probes. There are a number of other probes that are not compatible with the 2000X.

this feedthru will gve the 2000X a 50 Ohm termination to 200 MHz. it'l handle 1.5W, I recal (search 10100C).
