作为普通用户，当我点击Genesys图标时，启动画面会瞬间出现，但没有其他任何事情发生。
任务管理器中不显示任何进程。
如果我单击图标并“以管理员身份运行”它会启动而没有问题（在我输入管理员密码后）。
但我需要以普通用户身份运行它才能访问我的公司网络驱动器。

  As a normal user when I click on the Genesys icon, the splash screen comes up for a split second but nothing else happens. No process appears in the task manager. If I click the icon and "Run as Admin" it starts without a problem (after I enter the admin password). But I need to run it as a normal user in order to have access to my corporate network drives. I am running Genesys 2012 on Win 7 with a hardware dongle.
