PlanAhead 14.4无法在Win7 x64上加载

I did a clean install by downloading the 4 separate pieces (rather the the windows only monolithic tar), checking the md5 for each then installing. PlanAhead now functions. That (I think) implies that the windows only download was corrupted. 
 
Advice to others, for clean install, after downloading ensure one checks the md5 hash before installing.

Thanks for the reply. PlanAhead installs it's own JRE 7.0.x underneath it's package tree. I have JDK 7.0.10 (as well as the associated JRE) also installed. So I don't think this is the issue. The underlying cause seems to be with the TCL auto_load and the fact that it is missing. Unfortunately I don't know enough about TCL to debug it. Seems there maybe a TCL package that is missing. 
 
I suppose I could try again with a vanilla install of Windows 7 but that is too much work.
