My Chinese isn't very good, so I'm not able to read the Nvidia error message within Windows :-) Everything else looks fine though.

When you install the Nvidia driver in Windows, it scans to see if there is an appropriate GPU present in the system before installing. Can you have a look in Device Manager to make sure the system has detected the vGPU. If there is no appropriate GPU present or it isn't detected, the driver install will error and fail.

If you can "Show Hidden Devices" and take a screenshot of what you can see, that would be great.

There are (at least) 2 versions of "369.17" - for Grid1 (kepler K*) and for Grid2-4 (maxwell M*) devices. I do not have vSphere driver package but for XenServer driver packages (the guest drivers should be the same for vSphere and XenServer):
369.17_grid_win8_win7_server2012R2_server2008R2_64bit_international.exe (size 260596682) for K* (from standard drivers download page)
369.17_grid_win8_win7_server2012R2_server2008R2_64bit_international.exe (size 260609110) for M* (from grid2-4 eval/license page)
I suppose that K* version does not support M* devices. Maybe you use bad setup file.

Where did you download the driver package (including vGPU Manger for the Tesla card)? Be aware that this is a software package that needs licensing and therefore must be downloaded from the GRID software portal:

Can you please run nvidia-smi from a host shell to see if the vGPU manager is installed properly?
