This is from the manual
Probe Settings: RTD 2w, RTD 4w (default), Thermis2w, Thermis4w, TCouple (34465A/70A only)
I have confirmed that my 34461A do not have the TCouple probe setting in temperature messurement.
So the short answer is no.This may change in a future firmware upgrade (please don't hold your breath).
The longer answer is that you can use your probe, this table [http://www.pyromation.com/Downloads/Data/emfk_c.pdf] and messuring the DC voltage from your probe, lookup the temp in the table and you'r done. The K type probe messures 0V at 0C -V at negative temperature and +V on positive temperature (100C = 4.096mV and 37C = 1.489mV)
If you are stuck in the F scale of temperature you can use this table [http://www.pyromation.com/Downloads/Data/emfk_f.pdf]
