  We have some software that has worked with every ENA analyzer up till now, however we just took delivery of a E5080A, and many of the commands seem to have changed,

one example is this:

On all other ENA's, to set the sweep time to 5 seconds, you would use this:

SENS:SWE:DEL 5

on the E5080A, you would use this:

SENS:SWE:TIME 5

Is this new command set going to be the new standard for ENA analyzers moving forward, or is this just a one-off for the E5080A?
