There used to be a place where you could download older Xilinx toolchains for legacy designs.  I've just spent an hour or so looking for this link and it appears to be gone.

Specifically, I have a design I need to pick up the support on and the team uses ISE WebPACK version 9.1i.  Where can I find the installer for this version of WebPACK?

This is a fairly urgent problem, so I'd appreciate (very much) any help.
