CubeMX 6.1.1加载项目失败怎么解决？

我遇到 CubeMX 无法加载项目并且没有给出任何错误描述的问题。（见图片）
我使用 java 启动 exe 以获得更多信息，但出现此错误

我加载任何其他项目文件都没有问题。还在另一台机器上测试过，我遇到了同样的问题。
