Job title: Stamping Manager Ø Job Responsibilities:
ü Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement stamping section budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget; allocate sectional target to subordinates & monitor their performance; develop sectional headcount planning & budgeting
ü Policies and Procedures
Monitor the implementation of company’s policies, procedures and systems in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the stamping team members; review and approve the stamping-related WIs
ü People Management
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in order to achieve targeted section performance and retain key talent.
ü In-process Improvement
Review and lead the projects to optimize the production process; provide technical suggestions; and coordinate resources for the improvement projects
ü Process Management and Coordination
Supervise and balance the cross-unit operation processes, and coordinate to resolve the production issues in order to resolve process related issues and smooth over the production process.
ü Production Management
Lead the production planning and review the production report, monitor the production process; provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources in production & quality issues.
ü Equipment and FAA Management
Approve the equipment qualification and installation; review and approve the equipment-checking report;
Coordinate resources in resolving the FAA-related issues
Ø Qualifications:
ü College or equivalent in stamping related majors
ü 8 years related working experience, with 5 years management experience.
ü Communication skill, resource management, integrity, team work
ü Good written and oral English is perfect.
