PS：在网上搜索过解决“NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out”的方法：
/boot/grub/menu.lst文件，在启动的核心kernel那行最后加上
acpi=off noapic

不知道是我编译的不对还是怎么，重新生成镜像后还是会出现一样的问题

核心板是好的，的确是phy芯片与开发板有区别，我们底板用的是YT8521SH的rgmii，请问有关于修改内核驱动的相关教程吗？刚接触这方面，不太熟悉
