  we are designing a FM transmitting system using an AWG ( U2761A USB Modular Function Generator) of Agilent. After reading the specification doc we found out that this AWG can perform FM modulation as well.
Is it possible to use the output from this AWG with Power amplify to broadcast FM signal ?

Yes, absolutely. However, the broadcast signal will not be very interesting. There is no external modulation input on the U2761A where you could feed in your broadcast signal. The FM capability is just an internal single tone frequency modulation.
