Yes, it is working fine. i.e. Fixture/programming house is using it to verify the VTEP and TestJet hardware.

because VTEP is different hardware than Testjet - it requries special software/hardware to detect if VTEP is really functioning OK, not just simple measure as with testjet

this is why Agilent provides details on how to verify VTEP - and yes, many fixture houses already are using this equipment

only other way is to plug into a fixture on a test system
