并行循环操作是否可行？

我试图并行运行两个循环。
一个循环将以1秒的间隔显示当前时间，而第二个循环以预定的间隔读取数据。
我这样做是为了清理所有连接小部件和电线。
时间循环很短，似乎是短路第二个循环。
并行循环操作是否可行？

  I am attempting to run two loops in parallel.  One loop will display current time at 1 sec intervals, while the second loop reads data at scheduled intervals.  I am doing this to clean up all the junction widgets and wires running around.  The time loops is short and appears to be short circuiting the second loop.  Is parallel loop operations possible?
