Can you verify the IO libraries version installed on your PC? It requires version 15.5 and above for it to work on the Win7. The current available IO libraries is version 16.1. Here’s the link:-

If this doesn’t work after you have installed version 16.1, then it could be the Intuilink which not able to use on the Win7 OS platform.
Currently there is no further plan to enhance the Intuilink.
