使用CY7C68013A芯片时PC在设备管理中找不到新设备

大家好，我用CY7C68013A芯片访问USB端口。
在附属物中的示意图是：
现在我把一个USB插入到PC机中，PC在“设备管理”中找到新设备，但也不能识别它。
我已经安装了这个芯片的驱动程序，但是PC仍然找不到这个设备，
它测量电压，我确信复位/唤醒是高的，唤醒是低的。
我怎样才能解决这个问题，你能帮我一些忙吗？

   Hello, everyone, i am using the chip cy7c68013a to access an u***  port.
    The schematic is as belows in the attachment:
    and now i plug a u*** into the pc, the pc find new device in the "device manage" , but could nor recognize it.
    and i have installed the driver for this chip, but the pc still could not find the device,
    it have measure the voltage ,and i am sure that the reset/wake up is high and the wake up is low
    How could i solve the problem, could you give me some help？
