Hi,

As mentioned in the forums link, YES, ISE evaluation license is no more supported. You can consider using ISE Webpack license.

Follow below steps to generate ISE Webpack license:

1. Go to www.xilinx.com/getlicense
2. Login with your credentials
3. Select the ISE Webpack license and click generate license.
4. Click Next twice and the license will be emailed to you.
5. Once license is received, save the license file (Xilinx.lic) to some location.
6. Now open Xilinx License Configuration Manager and click on copy license button and browse to Xilinx.lic and select it.
