我查阅了PIC16F1459的数据表,发现IO引脚在IoL=8mA,VDD=5V时输出低电压VoL最大值=0.6V,我相信如果降低电流IoL,VoL会降低很多,一些接口芯片对逻辑输入低电压电平(ViL)有严格的限制,低到0.4V;如果能找到描述微芯片控制器的VoL、ViL、VoH、ViH过电流和温度等参数的详细曲线就更好了。

I checked into the datasheet of PIC16F1459,only found that IO pin's output low voltage VoL maximun=0.6V at IoL=8mA,VDD=5V;
i believe that the VoL could be much lower if we reduce current IoL;
some interfacing chips have strict limit with logic input low voltage leve(ViL),which is low to 0.4V;
it would be better if somewhere we coud find the detailed curves describing parameters such as the VoL,ViL ,VoH,ViH over current and temperature for microchip controller.
