如何让芯片的SPI启动

嗨，我有点麻烦，试图让芯片的SPI启动。CLK和SDO引脚的附加屏幕截图显示他们被拉起来，然后什么也没有。这是一个安装在最终板上的SOIC软件包。顺便说一下，相同的代码在DIP软件包中具有相同MCU的测试台上工作得非常好，所以我很确定这不是代码问题。然而，我不排除任何事情，并想知道我可能错过了什么，以使SPI工作？感谢和问候

    Hi all
I'm having a little trouble trying to get the SPI of the said chip to start. The attached screenshot of the CLK and SDO pins shows them being pulled up and then nothing. This is a SOIC package mounted on a finalized board.
Incidentally the same code works absolutely fine on a test bed with the same MCU in a DIP package so im quite sure its not a code problem. However I'm not ruling anything out and would like to know what it is i may be missing in order to get the SPI working ?
