The answers might be different based what route you used for the export. It seems like you are using an older version of ADS, like 2009. Is this right? Anyway, there were some changes I made to the design you attached.
1. The substrate was cut away to reduce it only for the loop antenna area.
2. Added a port between two wires (used a sheet port - reduced port parasitics).
3. Added a far zone sensors
4. Changed the solver to direct solver.
If you run the project attached, you should be able to see the S11. One thing, I do recommend is to change the highest freq to lower than 10GHz to make the simulation faster.
