Yes. They are exactly the same FPGA device die. The AN has a flash die stacked on it.
You do need to program the flash properly, with the right options set. So it isn't axactly the same bitfile as you may have used, as what you had before was programmed into something different from the stacked die flash part.
But, the real good news, is that you do not have to touch your already working design, and the same ncd file is used by bitgen, so there will be no "new" issues that pop up because something changed (the actual bits in the FPGA are identical).
