You can learn about the Carrier BPF, Multi and Single by looking at page 1175 of the N9071A User’s and Programmer’s Guide:

Or, on the instrument, under the Multi Carrier menu, where the “ Carrier BPF” softkey is displayed. Press Help, then the “ Carrier BPF” softkey. This will pull up the information from the user’s guide.
This explains why you might want to use the multi carrier filter when there are carriers other than the signal of interest present. Turning on this filter allows partial or full rejection of the unwanted carriers. I do not have the particulars on the actual filter BW of “Multiple” filter.
