RN4870恢复出厂设置

嗨，我正在制作使用RN870的定制板。昨天我可以通过UART访问RN48 70，但现在不行。这个模块似乎处于待机状态。（P1Y0:STATES2=低，P1Y1: STATES1=高）我不知道是什么原因，所以我想做“工厂复位”，但我找不到该程序的文件。如果有人知道怎么做，你能让我吗？或者，请告诉我如何退出待机状态。

Hi, all
I'm making custom board that used the RN4870.
I could access to the RN4870 through UART in yesterday, but I can't now.
The module is seem to standby state. (P1_0:Status2=Low, P1_1:Status1=High)
I don't know what is cause, so I want to do 'Factory Reset'.
But I could not find out document of that procedure.
If anybody knows how to do that, could you let me?
Or, please let me know how to exit from standby state.

I was contacted local sales and they support me now.
Module is boot but that display %UnknownDevice%, so I was give up to repair and replaced that module to new one.

Could you tell me know what command did you execute in testing, if you remember.
I heard from my local sales, sometime the module get to not work if shut down a power the module between executing command accompany with NVM(Non-Volatile Memory) write. (ex. SN, PC command)
