The best option is to attend the user fundamentals level 1 and level 2 - this is complete 2 weeks training class and teaches all the skills you are looking for to go from testprogram development to debug for several board examples.
Once you have finished this class, then as long as you have opprotunity to practice and use the skills you have kearnt then you will find this very helpful
