write_hw_ila_data命令

Hi all expert

I am trying to save only data which is captured from ILA into a specific file.

What i found from xilinx web site is
write_hw_ila_data command

However, when I opened the captured data (.ila)
it seems like it include every thing not only data.

For example,
if ILA is capturing streaming data ( 10'h0 ~ 10'hf) on the portA,
also if ILA is capturing streaming data (10'haa ~ 10'hff) on the portB,

is it possible to save dataA & dataB in portA & portB?
can I extract? or is there any other option to select only data?
