怎么使用RLC表测量10K或100Hz的频率？

我有一个问题，在工作台电机电气参数Rs和Ls中测量。我看到ST数据是用于RLC表测量频率为100 Hz，但是电机是在PWM 16K频率下运行，我是否使用RLC表测量10K或100Hz的频率？因为两者之间的价值差异很大。 RS使用万用表测量，还是使用相应的RLC频率？
